Privacy notice
Last updated 2026-08-03
Who we are
[Legal entity], [address], is the controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us about anything in this notice at privacy@in-20.com.
This notice covers the in-20.com website only. It does not cover the In 20 planning product, which is a separate service with its own notice when it launches.
What we collect, and why
This site collects personal data in exactly two places, both forms you choose to fill in:
- The In 20 waitlist: your name, email address, and anything you write about your current planning challenge. Used only to contact you about In 20 as it develops. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- AI Life Learning interest registration: your chosen pathway, name, email address, optionally your organisation, and anything you write about your situation. Used only to tell you when sessions are scheduled and, only if you tick the separate optional box, to send occasional In 20 updates. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Both forms include free-text fields. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing; we do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as health or financial details.
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. There are no visitor accounts, no payments, and nothing on this site sends automated email, including confirmation emails, which is why our forms tell you not to expect one. Providing your data is entirely voluntary; the only consequence of not providing it is that we cannot contact you.
We do not sell or share personal data, and we make no automated decisions about you.
Who processes it for us
Two service providers process this data on our instructions:
- Supabase: hosts the database that stores form submissions, and the site editor's login.
- Cloudflare: hosts and serves the website.
- We have no other recipients. If this list changes, this notice changes.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions only while they are needed for the purpose you gave them to us for (telling you about In 20, or about AI Life Learning sessions) and delete or anonymise them when they are not. No fixed retention period is set yet; when one is implemented, this notice will state it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data; ask us to restrict or object to processing; ask for a copy in a portable format; and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@in-20.com. There is no self-service mechanism on this site; the database is deliberately write-only from the browser, so requests are handled by a person.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
